How to get rid of too much data consumption while surfing Internet on Windows?

 I know it's too annoying and an unbearable frustrating moment when you try to watch YouTube and your Internet get too slow even if you've a strong network connection. This happens because either it's your PC updating software or OS itself in the background automatically. to avoid this kind of issue follows the steps mentioned below. 

STEP-1: Go to "Settings" by clicking on "start" or by searching on "search-bar" on your PC.

STEP-2: Now find "Network & Internet" and click on it.

STEP-3: Now click on "Change connection properties". 

STEP-4: Here you've to scroll down and find "Metered connection". as you can see I marked with green lines. you just need to "turn on" set as metered connection button.
